question:You are an AI assistant. Provide a detailed answer so user don’t need to search outside to understand the answer. Q:This is part two of a four part series on Inner Wisdom Eating (IWE) The 4 steps of Inner Wisdom Eating (or eating like a thin person) are exactly the same as those promoted by Intuitive Eating. Eat when you’re hungry Eat what you want Eat consciously Stop when you are full The difference lies in the approach and the detail. I will discuss each step in this four part series. ————————————————— EAT WHAT YOU WANT DOES YOUR FOOD SING TO YOU? Have a look in your fridge and cupboards. Does the food in there sing to you, does it call your name, and are you looking forward to eating it? Do you eat it because you enjoy it or because you think you should? By choosing only to eat what sings to me, I have discovered (again!) that I am not a big fan of meat and would rather eat a predominantly vegetarian diet. Occasionally I’ll eat chicken leg and I love bacon but beyond that I’m not fussed. FOOD DOES NOT HAVE A VALUE There are no good and bad foods. There are no trigger foods or forbidden foods. There is nosuch thing as junk. There is a place in your diet for your favourite indulgences in moderation. Believe me that when you let yourself eat cheesecake, chocolate and hot chips, the novelty soon wears off. I mostly eat unprocessed food, not because it’s “good” but because I love the taste and prefer how it makes me feel. YOU CAN STILL EAT DIET FOOD Low fat ice-cream, Diet Coke and protein powder are still in my diet but I eat them because I prefer the taste over their ‘real’ counterparts. I can still ask for dressing on the side and no butter on my sandwich not because I’m counting calories but because I can’t see the point in eating food I don’t actually want. Question: How long does it take for the novelty of junk food to wear off? Options: - it never goes away - it takes years to wear off - it quickly wears off - not enough information === The correct answer is A:

answer:The correct answer is: it quickly wears off. However, it's important to note that the time it takes for the novelty of junk food to wear off can vary from person to person. Some individuals might lose interest relatively quickly, while others may take longer to adjust their preferences. Ultimately, the key is to allow yourself the freedom to enjoy all types of food while focusing on moderation and eating in response to your body's signals, not external pressures or societal norms.

News article: TSA Admits Errors In Searches Of Elderly Women's Medical Devices NEW YORK – The Transportation Security Administration says screeners at New York's Kennedy Airport violated procedures when they asked two elderly women to show them medical devices concealed beneath their clothing. In letters to U.S. Sen. Charles Schumer and state Sen. Michael Gianaris, Homeland Security officials said screeners at the airport will get refresher training on how to handle passengers with medical conditions. The action followed complaints by 85-year-old Lenore Zimmerman and 88-year-old Ruth Sherman that they were effectively strip-searched while traveling separately through the airport in November. Zimmerman had to remove a back brace, which was put through an X-ray machine. Screeners inspected Sherman's colostomy bag. The federal officials apologized. question:Answer the following question: Found the following article online, use it to answer the question: What is the name of the group whose debut album was the recipient of local Texas awards? The Greencards are an American progressive bluegrass band that formed in 2003 in Austin, Texas, and relocated in 2005 to Nashville, Tennessee. The band was founded by Englishman Eamon McLoughlin and Australians Kym Warner and Carol Young. The musicians originally performed in local Austin bars, and soon found increasing acclaim. They have released one independent album, Movin' On, in 2003, and two albums, Weather and Water and Viridian, on the Dualtone record label. Their fourth album, Fascination, was released on Sugar Hill in 2009. Their fifth album, The Brick Album (2011), was self-produced with the direct support of their fans. Pre-production donors were recognized with their names inscribed on the "bricks" that make up the cover art. Their debut album, Movin' On, was the recipient of local Texas awards and charted on Americana radio stations. Country Music Television named their follow-up Weather and Water as one of the ten best bluegrass albums of 2005, and The Greencards were invited to tour with Bob Dylan and Willie Nelson in the same year. Viridian would go on to take the number one position on Billboard magazine's Bluegrass Music Chart, making the Greencards the first international band to do so. Viridian was a critically praised album, and was nominated for Best Country Album by the Australian Recording Industry Association. The track "Mucky the Duck" from Viridian was nominated as the Best Country Instrumental Performance at the 50th Grammy Awards. The Greencards are noted for their incorporation of other genres of music within an American bluegrass sound. Often labeled as part of, and said to be representative of, the "newgrass" movement, they draw from Irish folk music, gypsy music, rock 'n' roll, folk balladry, and Latin American musical sources. The Greencards' sound has been compared to progressive American folk rock, and they have been credited with helping to expand bluegrass music.
